| The Rational Business Alliance Program awards its members with one
of three designations. These designations indicate to you that you
are working with an alliance member who has key credentials. This
helps ensure that you receive solutions and services from organizations
that are knowledgeable about Rational tools and technologies.

Member Bronze Level |
|

Service Alliance Members with this designation
have a minimum of 5 Rational certifications. Larger Service
Alliance organizations have a minimum of 10 Rational certifications. |

Technology Alliance Members with this designation
have completed an add-in, integration or technology that complements
or extends one or more Rational tools. Technology Alliance Members
with this designation have also provided customer references. |

Tested Silver Level |
|

|
Field Tested Silver Level Alliance Members at
this level have extended their support for Rational tools to
help ensure your success. Service Alliance Members have provided
additional Rational certifications. They have documented, and
Rational has verified, successful use of their services or solutions
by Rational customers. |

Technology Alliance Members have additional customer
references that have been verified by Rational. Alliance Members
in this category have also submitted original content to a Rational
information resource such as the Rational Developer Network.

confidence. |
